Abstract:
This simulation method includes: a step in which heating conditions of an object are set; a step in which a first estimated temperature, which is considered to be the temperature of a central portion of the object, is calculated on the basis of the heating conditions; and a step in which a second estimated temperature, which is considered to be the temperature within a second area which surrounds a first area positioned in the central portion of the object, is calculated on the basis of the first estimated temperature.
