Abstract:
Provided is a simulation method with high system development efficiency. In the present invention, a simulator causes a computer to function as a motor model 1 that models a motor, a vehicle model 2 that models a vehicle, and a high speed gear model 3 and a high precision gear model 3b that model individual gears. A switching control unit 4 inputs axle rotation speeds 24, 24b to the high speed gear model 3 and the high precision gear model 3b respectively, and compares a rotor rotation speed 22b outputted from the high precision gear model 3b with a rotor rotation speed 22 outputted from the high speed gear model 3. When the comparison results satisfy a prescribed standard, the switching control unit connects the motor model 1 and the vehicle model 2 to the high precision gear model 3b, and separates the motor model 1 and the vehicle model 2 from the high speed gear model 3, thereby switching from a first mode to a second mode.
