Abstract:
A simulation test method for directional drilling grouting slurry diffusion, the test system used therefor comprising a grouting test platform (1), a branch hole fracture simulation system, a control system, a grouting system, and a real-time monitoring system; by means of magnetically attaching a branch hole fracture grinding tool onto the test platform, multi-angle transformation of the body of the test platform can be implemented by means of rotating a rotating shaft, thereby achieving the simulation of different fracture types of the branch hole. Rock mass fractures under different branch hole layouts and hole spacings in directional drilling are pre-formulated, achieving rules of slurry diffusion under branch holes of different angles in directional drilling, simulating research into slurry diffusion rules under different fracture types, roughness, fracture opening, grouting pressure and slurry concentration in branch holes, achieving the effect of visualising slurry diffusion paths and ranges in branch drilling, and providing assurance for the visual study of the influential factors and rules of directional drilling grouting slurry diffusion.
