Abstract:
The present invention improves the accuracy of a simulation value of an environmental element. A simulation value calculating device 1 comprises: a simulation copula calculating unit 12 and a simulation value calculating unit 13 that calculate simulation values for a plurality of environmental elements using a prescribed copula function expressing a correlation between marginal distributions of a plurality of environmental elements in an actual environment; and a data recording unit 21 that stores the simulation values.
