Abstract:
A mechanical gear shifting mechanism capable of connection to a gearbox includes a ratchet box and a rotatable shaft mounted to the shifter frame. A ratchet drum having teeth and chain is fixed to the shaft. Two drum are attached to the shaft having two different gear box working in both are in opposite direction. And every drum have attached to the one wire rope working in opposite direction. the Ending position of the soft we have attached two wheel for constant weight both are working in same direction (means Anticlockwise). And one side we used gear box system and attached to the Dynamo (RPM machine) machine for producing power (electricity) A shifting lever is connected to the shifter frame and is pivot able about an axis in first and second directions. Whenever piston gravity increase then that time wheel revolution also increase.first and second shifter are connected to the main shifting and positioned for engaging the teeth of the ratchet drum, whereby pivotal movement of the shifting lever induces rotational movement about the shaft's longitudinal axis. A pendant lever is engaged with the slot via a follower and has an end engage able to the gearbox. In practice, the end of the pendant lever would be connected to gear selectors of the gearbox.

Description:
SIMULTANEOUSLY WORKING MULTIPLE RATCHET GEAR BOX FOR FREE POWER GENERATION PLANT

FIELD OF THE INVENTION:

This invention relates generally to transmissions for simultaneously working multiple ratchet gear box such as Drum and shaft, generator, and more particularly use for free power plant without pollution and without fuel mechanisms of the chain type.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:

The present invention relates to simultaneously working multiple ratchet gear box. gear shifting apparatus for use in shifting gears in gear boxes of multiple ratchet gear box and the like, wherein gears are shifted by rotating a spindle operably connected to a ratchet type gear shifting means, said spindle being rotated through a relatively small arc, the number of degrees of the are being determined by the distance the ratchet means is required to move in effecting a change in the gears in the gear box. The spindle is thereafter returned to an original neutral position, said ratchet means being disengaged from the gear changing means during said return of said spindle to said original neutral position. In accordance with the present invention, the gear shifting apparatus comprises, in combination, a' Ratchet box, drum, pulley, chain, operably connected at soft end thereof to the Dynamo and connected at its opposite end to a cylindrical toe pedal means parallel to said lever soft pulley bearing. In these project we have attached two wheels for the soft .inside edge two Drums have been attached for every ratchet gear box .there is gear box one moves clock-wise and another Anti-clock wise respectively .wire -rope is been winded to the drum . For the both the drum respectively .we have to use drum for one end and another for piston. When piston goes to top to bottom, then drum moves anti-clock wise and wise - worse. One side each been attached to Dynamo (RPM) All instrument working simultaneously then electricity produce An electric drive means is provided for moving the lever arm and spindle and includes a connecting rod connected to said toe pedal means, switching means mounted on the handle bar of the soft, and an electrically connected to a power source through said switches. The electric gear shifting apparatus when energized selectively through said switches imparts a rotational force to the generator and thereby operates the ratchet gear shifting means in the gear box. Each time the apparatus is energized, one gear shifting cycle is completed and upon this apparatus being de-energized the lever arm is returned to the neutral position, being ready for the next generation plant.

The most common prior art increase speed when ratchet gear box working ,plant uses a chain and others component such as drum ,wheel and attached gear box system. When the piston working from top to bottom due to the high pressure and gravity then that time we need to some instrument for completing cycle revolution .these multiple ratchet gear box working both clock wise as well as Anti-clock direction. These problems are eliminated with the present invention, as will be seen.

The prior art, particularly that available for power generation plant without pollution and without fuel, comprises a gear shift lever arm attached to the dynamo which is in turn attached to the soft gear shifting means. The gear shift lever arm is operated manually by the chain drum operator as in the case of a ratchet gear box to shift gears. There is provided a gear disengaging clutch which must be operated manually to disengage the gears before the gear shift lever is operated manually to shift gears. The operator uses the toe pedal means to move the gear shift arm either up or down depending upon whether it is desired to increase or decrease the gear ratio of the ratchet drum gear box. After moving the lever it is allowed to return to the original neutral position so that shifting may be accomplished again as required. In so shifting, there is ever present the problem of shifting into the correct path. At times, the operator fails to provide the correct force to cause the gears to be shifted either anti- clock wise or clock wise, and is not then prepared for the plant operation in the manner contingent upon the particular gear into which it has been working multiple ratchet gear box. The present invention replaces as desired, or augments, if desired, the manual operation of the gear shift lever arm of a simultaneously by providing a precise movement of the lever arm in a predetermined manner and through a precise arc, thus providing a more uniform and reliable means of shifting gears.. The use of this invention makes possible the adaptation of ratchet of this type. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

An object of the invention is to provide a compact, low maintenance drive mechanism, particularly for a power generation plant, that will allow for increase wheel revolution speed, and that can also serve as a low maintenance.

Briefly, the transmission of this invention includes a soft and chain attached to the drum drive shaft on the axis of the wheel; two drum sets of same size planet gears, with two ratchet gear box planet gears in each set, mounted on roller bearings on the planet gear carrier fitting; a gear case mounted on two soft bearings on the pedal drive shaft with an integral cylindrical extension of the gear case clamped to the frame so that the gear case rotate; a ring gear mounted in tracks in the gear case with its axial position adjustable by a the belt and generator (rpm) mechanism system and two conventional free-wheel ratchet mechanisms, one on the pulley gear assembly driving the wheel hub, and the other on the drive shaft driving the gear assembly., it drives the gear assembly at a multiplied rate of speed, as will be seen.

An advantage of this invention is its compactness which permits the transmission or revolution inside the wheel hub where, with soft attached to the bearings, gear box with bearing it will direct compact with Dynamo and increase the revolution speed without fuel and without pollution protected from pollution and fuel so that the high efficiency inherent in the arrangement will be preserved with little maintenance.

The transmission in accordance with the present invention can be used in both wheels of a ratchet gear box soft.
