Abstract:
Disclosed is a single ball cutting method. The single ball cutting method comprises: a first step in which single balls are stored and then sequentially lined up and moved to a pick-up position by means of a single-ball supply unit; a second step in which a single ball which has been moved to the pick-up position is picked up, and is moved to a cutting position by means of a holder; a third step in which the single balls lined up in the cutting position are supported by moving a plurality of chucks in the X axis and Y axis directions and thereby inserting the spindles of the chocks into the single balls; and a fourth step in which the single balls supported by means of the plurality of chucks have patterns formed in their surfaces by cutting by means of the rotation of the bite assembly of a head.
