Abstract:

A single bar same group automatic tensioning and locking device, comprising a tensioning beam (1) and a plurality of tensioning modules arranged in parallel, each tensioning module comprising a jack (2) and a tensioning rod (3), the jack (2) being mounted within the tensioning beam (1), the bottom of the jack (2) being fixed to the tensioning beam (1), the top of the jack (2) being connected to one end of the tensioning rod (3), the other end of the tensioning rod (3) extending out from the tensioning beam (1), the tensioning module also being provided with a force measurement sensor. The tensioning and locking device simultaneously carries out synchronous tensioning of single prestress steel bars, single bar independent sensors control a tensioning force, and the tensioning force is automatically locked after automatic tensioning has been carried out, so that a tensioning force value is uniform, stable and small in error, automatic machinery replaces manual operations, work accuracy and production yield are increased, and production costs are lowered.
