Abstract:
A single-camera video sequence matching based vehicle speed measuring method and system. The method comprises: establishing a data acquisition environment, and starting to acquire and read data (S11); searching for the same vehicle target which appears in different windows according to the read data by means of a matching algorithm (S12); and calculating the vehicle speed of the same vehicle target (S13). The system greatly reduces the algorithm complexity in the vehicle target matching technology, thereby improving the computing efficiency.
