Abstract:
An IC (100) includes an RC filter, a doped layer (120c) under a first dielectric layer (120b), a polysilicon layer on the first dielectric layer providing a polysilicon plate (120a) for a capacitor (120) of the filter, and gate(s) for MOSFET(s). A second dielectric layer (129) is on the polysilicon plate. An input contact (13la') is on one end of the polysilicon plate and an output contact (13lb') is on the opposite end. A metal layer includes metal (132a) providing contact to at least input contact and metal (132b) providing contact to the output contact. Analog circuitry (130) includes the MOSFET having an I/O node coupled to the RC filter.
