Abstract:
A single-chain and double-tray fruit cup device for fruit and vegetable sorting comprises a single-chain and double-tray fruit cup, which comprises a fruit cup support bracket (1), light shields (2), inner liners (3), trays (4), pallets (5) and inverted-L support plates (13, 13'). The fruit cup support bracket (1) is symmetrically hinged with the pallets (5) along two sides of the transport rail, the trays (4) are placed on the pallets (5), the light shields (2) are mounted on the trays (4), and quasi-spherical fruit (18) is placed on the light shields (2). The fruit cup support bracket (1) is hinged with the inverted-L support plates (13, 13') along the front and rear surfaces of the transport rail, the two inverted-L support plates (13, 13') are respectively extended toward the pallets (5) at both sides and connected to the pallets in a matching manner.
