Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a single-component high-permeability anticorrosive paint for a rusty surface, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of a polyurethane prepolymer, 30-50 parts of a wetting solvent, 10-30 parts of a pigment and filler, 0.25-20 parts of a water-removal enhancer, and 1.75-5 parts of an auxiliary agent. The paint of the present invention has the characteristics of low viscosity, high wettability, etc., and can permeate into a rusty surface and undergo a trigger reaction with water in the air to form a compact cross-linked coating, such that the paint can be applied on a rusty surface, and has a high adhesive force and high tolerance to surfaces. Moreover, the paint has excellent salt spray resistance due to its unique functional pigment and filler. The paint can be directly coated on a rusty or corroded steel substrate to achieve a good protection effect.
