Title:
SINGLE-CRYSTAL X-RAY STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS DEVICE AND SAMPLE HOLDER MOUNTING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/105720
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are: a single-crystal X-ray structural analysis device and a sample holder mounting device that surely and easily enable work of detaching a sample occluded in a crystal sponge and work of loading of the sample to the structural analysis device. This sample holder mounting device is for mounting a sample holder that holds a sample to a single-crystal X-ray structural analysis device for performing structural analysis of a substance. The sample holder mounting device is provided with a sample holder mounting mechanism 600 that mounts a sample holder 250 to a goniometer 12 of the single-crystal X-ray structural analysis device, the sample holder 250 being provided in a form of being attached to an attachable/detachable applicator 300 but being detached from the applicator 300 for the mounting. The sample holder 250 includes a porous complex crystal capable of occluding the sample in a plurality of micropores formed inside. In a state where the sample holder 250 is mounted to the goniometer 12, the porous complex crystal is fixed to a position of the sample holder 250 where X rays from the X-ray irradiation unit are emitted.
