Abstract:
The present invention relates to a single embryo culture system using sound wave control. The single embryo culture system using sound wave control, according to the present invention, comprises: a substrate which is plated with a conductor; a polymer chamber in which a culture space for culturing a single embryo is formed, implemented in an open polygonal shape, and attached to the substrate; at least one pair of electrodes which are located at symmetric points on the basis of the polymer chamber and are attached to the substrate; and a sound wave control unit which generates sound waves to a single embryo present in the polymer chamber, through the at least one pair of electrodes when a voltage is applied thereto. Thus, according to the present invention, the embryo is cultured in an environment similar to living conditions by controlling the movement of the embryo to be induced using sound waves, thereby improving the success rate of in vitro fertilization.
