Abstract:
A front-facing atomization structure of a single-hole fuel atomization and injection device comprises a tube (1), an installation sleeve (8), a valve base (2), a flow splitter (6), an overflow member (7), a rotating flow member (3), and a metering member (4). Splitting recesses are arranged at the flow splitter (6) to split a flow into a plurality of streams. An overflow hole is arranged at the overflow member (7) to further limit the stream of the split flow. A rotating flow hole (301) and a rotating flow recess are arranged at the rotating flow member (3). Upon passing the rotating flow recess, the stream of the split flow impacts a bottom portion of the rotating flow recess blocked by the metering member to form a turbulent stream which converges toward the rotating flow hole (301). Also provided is a single-hole fuel atomization and injection device. When the turbulent stream passes through a metering hole (401) after passing through the rotating flow hole (301), atomization efficiency is significantly enhanced, thereby more thoroughly atomizing a liquid, producing atomized particles having smaller diameters, and improving fuel atomization efficiency. Application of the invention in an engine cylinder facilitates mixing of a fuel and air and full combustion of the fuel, thereby preventing accumulation of carbon in the cylinder, and reducing contaminants in a gas exhausted by a vehicle.
