Abstract:
Disclosed are a single-layer mutual capacitance type touch panel and a capacitive touch screen, which belong to the technical field of display, can improve the scanning frequency of SITO and improve the accuracy of touch control signal scanning. The single-layer mutual capacitance type touch panel comprises a substrate (1) and a plurality of touch control units (2) distributed on the substrate in an array mode. Each touch control unit comprises a scanning electrode (3), a first induction electrode (4) and a second induction electrode (5), the scanning electrode being close to the first induction electrode and the second induction electrode to form mutual capacitance. The first induction electrode induces the longitudinal coordinate of a touch control signal, and the second induction electrode induces the transverse coordinate of a touch control signal.
