Abstract:
A single lens-based multi-pedestrian online tracking method and apparatus, a device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: performing pedestrian detection, Kalman tracking, and single target tracking on each image frame of a single video stream to respectively obtain a pedestrian detection box, a Kalman tracking box, and a single target tracking box as target boxes (S110); calculating pedestrian identity repositioning feature vectors corresponding to the targe boxes (S120); calculating position loss costs and pedestrian repositioning loss costs of the target boxes and a target tracker according to the positions of the target boxes and the pedestrian identity repositioning feature vectors (S130); calculating a comprehensive loss cost according to the position loss costs and the pedestrian repositioning loss costs (S140); calculating matching relationships between a trajectory tracker and the pedestrian detection box, the Kalman tracking box, and the single target tracking box according to the comprehensive loss cost (S150); and generating a trajectory tracking box according to the matching relationships, the position loss costs, and identity repositioning loss costs and on the basis of the pedestrian detection box, the Kalman tracking box, and the single target tracking box (S160). Under the same lens, pedestrians completely blocked for a short period of time in walking can be effectively tracked.
