Abstract:
The present invention relates to a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) for diagnosis of recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma, wherein the SNP shows a significant correlation with the risk of recurrence after hepatocellular carcinoma surgery. Therefore, the SNP can be used in developing micro-arrays or diagnosis kits for diagnosis of recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma, and in screening drugs for preventing recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma to thereby prevent recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma after surgery.
