Abstract:
Disclosed is a single-phase iron core reactor having uniform magnetic density, comprising: an iron core assembly, a clamping piece assembly and a homogenized magnetic assembly. The iron core assembly comprises an iron core column, a coil that is wound on the surface of the iron core column, and an iron yoke that is provided along the interior of the clamping piece assembly. The iron yoke comprises an upper yoke, a first side yoke, a lower yoke and a second side yoke that are sequentially connected end to end. The iron core assembly is fixed by means of the clamping piece assembly. The clamping piece assembly comprises an upper clamping piece provided above the upper yoke, a first side clamping piece provided on the outer side of the first side yoke, a lower clamping piece provided below the lower yoke and a second side clamping piece provided on the outer side of the first side yoke that are sequentially connected end to end. The homogenized magnetic assembly comprises an upper homogenized magnetic piece that is fixedly arranged above the upper clamping piece and a lower homogenized magnetic piece that is fixedly arranged below the lower clamping piece. The homogenized magnetic structure of the present invention has high reliability, allowing the magnetic field thereof to be homogenized, no magnetic force lines cross a uniform magnetic silicon steel sheet, loss is small, the structure and process are simple, and costs are low.
