Abstract:
A single-rope elevator speed limiter, comprises: a box body (1), a signal collector (12) being provided thereon; a speed limiter wheel (2); a ratchet wheel locking mechanism (3) and a centrifugal mechanism (4); a traction rope pressing wheel (6); and a safety gear actuating mechanism (8) and an elevator car traction rope (9). The safety gear actuating mechanism (8) comprises a ratchet wheel (81), a lift-pull plate (82), a signal collector contact piece (83), a lift-pull swing base (84), a lift-pull rod connecting base (85), a lift-pull plate buffering device (86), and a safety gear actuating lift-pull rod (87); the ratchet wheel (81) is provided on a wheel shaft (21) of the speed limiter; one end of the lift-pull plate is fitted over a lift-pull plate shaft (821), and the other end is supported on the lift-pull swing base (84); one end of the signal collector contact piece (83) is fixed to the ratchet wheel, and the other end is a free end; the left end of the lift-pull swing base is hingedly connected between cavity walls of the box body, and the right end is a free end; the left end of the lift-pull rod connecting base is fixed to the lift-pull swing base, and the right end extends out of the lift-pull swing base; the lift-pull plate buffering device is provided at the right end of the lift-pull swing base, and the upper end of the safety gear actuating lift-pull rod is connected to the lift-pull rod connecting base, and the lower end is connected to a safety gear (10). A braking effect is guaranteed, and the space in a machine room is not occupied.
