Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a single-stage vacuum extruder, comprising a stirring cylinder, a stirring spiral, a flaring material conveying cylinder, an extrusion spiral and an extrusion cavity, wherein one end of the flaring material conveying cylinder is connected to the stirring cylinder, and the other end of the flaring material conveying cylinder is connected to the extrusion cavity; the stirring spiral is rotatably arranged in the stirring cylinder, the extrusion spiral is rotatably arranged in the flaring material conveying cylinder, and the stirring spiral is coaxially and fixedly connected to the extrusion spiral; a feeding slot is formed on the stirring cylinder; the size of an inner cavity of the flaring material conveying cylinder is gradually increased in a conveying direction of the flaring material conveying cylinder to be conical, and the radius of a blade of the extrusion spiral is increased along with the increase in the size of the inner cavity of the flaring material conveying cylinder; a front porous grid plate is arranged at a butt joint part between the flaring material conveying cylinder and the stirring cylinder, and a rear porous grid plate is arranged between the flaring material conveying cylinder and the extrusion cavity; and an air pumping chamber is arranged on the flaring material conveying cylinder close to the front porous grid plate. By means of the single-stage vacuum extruder of the present invention, functions such as material stirring, vacuum pumping and compact green body extrusion are realized on a single-stage structure, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost of the whole apparatus, and facilitating cleaning of the apparatus.
