Abstract:
The present invention is provided with a single wedge-type wrench which includes two jaws (1,2), the clamping surface of one (1) of them being zigzag. In addition, said wrench includes a wedge (3) provided with a zigzag clamping surface (3 1). Said wedge (3) is mounted on the inner surface (21) of the other one ( 2) of said two jaws (1,2) by means of a connection member (5), which can slide along said inner surface (21). Said wrench in accordance with the present invention may be used with all kinds of bolts or screws with a large diameter, and said bolts or screws may be reversed as long as the wrench is gyrated; said jaws applied with a large moment of rotation are not subject to damage itself; it is advantageous to the mass production of said wrench, because of simple manufacture.
