Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a single-winding double-excitation flux modulation motor and a collaborative excitation design method therefor. The motor comprises a stator, a rotor, windings and permanent magnets, wherein the stator comprises a stator iron core, the permanent magnets and the windings; the stator iron core comprises stator teeth and a stator yoke; the side facing an air gap of each stator tooth is split into any equal number of split teeth; all the permanent magnets are inset in the slots among the split teeth on the same stator tooth, the polarities of all the permanent magnets located on the same stator tooth being the same, and the polarities of the permanent magnets on adjacent stator teeth being opposite; all the stator teeth are wound with a single non-overlapping concentrated winding; a direct current and an alternating current are simultaneously introduced into each winding set; and the direct current and the permanent magnets are excited collaboratively, so as to form double excitations. In the present invention, the alternating current and the direct current are integrated in the same winding set, so as to avoid excitation windings, and form a single-winding structure, thereby effectively improving the torque density and the flux modulation capability of the single-winding double-excitation magnetic-field modulated motor.
