Abstract:

This sintered bearing (1) for an EGR valve contains 9-12 wt% aluminum, 0.1-0.6 wt% phosphorous and 3-10 wt% graphite, has copper as the primary remaining component, and contains unavoidable impurities. This sintered bearing (1) is characterized by having a sintered aluminum-copper alloy structure, and in that free graphite is distributed in pores formed in a dispersed manner.
