Abstract:
Provided is a sintered bearing principally comprising an iron structure (33) and a copper structure (31), formed from a partial-diffusion alloy powder (11) of an iron powder (12) and a copper powder (13). This sintered bearing comprises a copper structure (31d) formed from a single granular copper powder (13') with a particle size of 45 μm or less, wherein the ratio of this copper structure (31d) is 10 wt% or less. Due to this configuration, the strength of the sintered bearing can be further increased.
