Abstract:
By using a separated alloy powder (10) as a sintering material, the characteristics of different kinds of metal material (for example, a SUS steel and Cu) can be made full use of. Since the boundaries of regions formed of different metals are at least partially alloyed, the bonding strength among the regions is enhanced, thereby increasing the strength of a sintered bearing.
