Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide a sintered Cu alloy bearing of recirculation exhaust gas flow rate control valve of EGR internal combustion engine having high strength and exhibiting excellent abrasion resistance in high-temperature environment. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] There is provided a bearing of austenite stainless steel reciprocating shaft for operation of a recirculation exhaust gas flow rate control valve of EGR internal combustion engine, which bearing is comprised of a sintered Cu alloy having a composition of, by mass, 10 to 30% Ni, 5 to 12% Sn, 3 to 10% C, 0.1 to 0.9% P and the balance of Cu and unavoidable impurities, or having such a structure that free graphite is dispersed and distributed in a basis of Cu-Ni-Sn-P solid solution.
