Abstract:
Provided are a sintered filter element of activated carbon fibres and a preparation method therefor. The filter element is prepared by mixing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and activated carbon fibres and then pressing, sintering, and cooling and moulding. The filter element has advantages of high strength, large flux, a good adsorption effect, and a good effect of removing residual chlorine and impurities.
