Abstract:
This sintered porous silver film is obtained by sintering silver particles, and has a crystallite size of 60-150 nm, wherein the ratio of a detection amount of C3H7
+ ions to a detection amount of Ag+ ions as measured by time-of-flight secondary mass spectrometry is 0.10-0.35, while the ratio of a detection amount of C2H- ions to a detection amount of Ag- ions as measured by time-of-flight secondary mass spectrometry is 0.9-3.7.
