A sintered water-permeable brick produced using crushed aggregate and a preparation method therefor. The sintered water-permeable brick comprises a surface material and a bottom material. Main raw materials of the bottom material comprise, in parts by mass: 80-100 parts of crushed aggregate, 3-12 parts of a binder base, and 3-12 parts of a liquid glue. Main raw materials of the surface material comprise, in parts by mass: 0-30 parts of crushed aggregate, 0-4 parts of a binder base, 0-4 parts of a liquid glue, and 0-4 parts of a pigment. The binder base is one or more of bentonite and clay. The liquid glue is one or more of a silica sol solution, a polyacrylamide solution, and a guar gum solution. The aggregate is crushed and sieved, the bottom material and the surface material are weighed according to the formulas, and uniformly stirred, followed by two applications of press-molding, to obtain a green body that is sintered to obtain a finished product. The resultant water-permeable brick has high strength, strong frost resistance, and excellent water permeability.
