Abstract:

The present invention comprises: a trolley disposed to be movable along a movement path, and having sintering raw materials to be charged therein; an ignition furnace provided on the movement path so as to spray flames at upper parts of the sintering raw materials; a plurality of wind boxes arranged along the movement path at a lower side of the trolley so as to provide suction force to the trolley; a hood disposed at an upper side of the trolley and formed to extend along the movement path; a circulation part connected to a part of the plurality of wind boxes and supplying, to the hood, exhaust gas suctioned through a part of the wind boxes; and an air supplying part connected to the hood and/or the circulation part so as to supply air to the sintering raw materials. Additionally, the present invention can improve the quality and productivity of sintered ores and reduce the emission of pollutants.
