Abstract:
A sintering apparatus is disclosed. The sintering apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a case having an inner space and provided at the front thereof with a door which opens/closes the inner space; a magnetron coupled to the case to oscillate microwaves toward the inner space; a heat insulating part disposed in the inner space to form a chamber space, and blocking heat transfer from the chamber space to the inner space; a susceptor disposed in the chamber space and having a sintering space in which a material to be sintered is accommodated; and a cooling part cooling at least one of the case and the chamber space.
