Abstract:
A sintering method, comprising: kneading a first composition comprising a first thermoplastic resin powder; conducting injection molding so that said first composition, that has been kneaded, serves as a core; fabricating a mold by positioning said core within an external mold; kneading a second composition comprising a powder selected from the group consisting of metals and ceramics, and a powder of a binder for second powder injection molding; injecting the second composition, that has been kneaded, into said mold to give a green body; and then sintering said green body while leaving said core therein.
