Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to an SIP-based log time correction method provided in the embodiments of the present application, the method comprising: a log server receiving a terminal communication log of the current terminal, and extracting key information from the terminal communication log; determining, according to the key information, opposite-terminal communication information in a communication opposite-terminal corresponding to the terminal communication log; acquiring a first communication time of the opposite-terminal communication information and a second communication time of any piece of communication information that is temporally adjacent to the opposite-terminal communication information; and correcting the terminal communication information time corresponding to the terminal communication log on the current terminal according to the average of the first communication time and the second communication time. The present invention adjusts the time of a sip message of a paphone end by means of the time of an opposite-terminal (server), so that the message of the paphone end can be displayed smoothly when the sip message of the paphone end is displayed, in an interactive manner, on an analysis platform, thereby facilitating analyzing issues according to a correct message interaction order, reducing the manpower and time taken to query sip problems, improving the operation and maintenance efficiency of sip information.
