Abstract:
The present invention relates to: gene nanoparticles to which a gene drug for atopy treatment is condensed and of which the outside is coated with hyaluronic acid, thereby enabling the treatment of atopic diseases at the genomic level; and a preparation method therefor. The present invention further comprises a cationic polymer layer and a hyaluronic acid layer on the outside of nucleic acid hydrogel particles targeting an atopic disease gene, and thus can protect nucleic acid particles from enzymes which degrade RNA in the skin. In addition, the present invention condenses TNF-α siRNA hydrogels having a micro size or a nano size in accordance thereto so as to reduce the particle size to a nano size, and coats the outermost layer with negatively (-) charged hyaluronic acid, thereby enabling gene nanoparticles that easily penetrate the skin barrier to be provided.
