Abstract:
A six-degree-of-freedom micro vibration isolator based on active electromagnetic negative stiffness structures (12), comprising an upper plate (10), a base plate (11), and six sets of active electromagnetic negative stiffness structures (12) connecting the upper plate (10) and the base plate (11). The active electromagnetic negative stiffness structures (12) realize the negative stiffness characteristic of non-adjustable stiffness in the vertical direction by using coaxially nested dual-magnetic ring structures, and generate precision controllable exciting flux by using energized coils (6) coaxially nested with the dual-magnetic ring negative stiffness structures, thus changing bias magnetic fields around moving magnetic rings (4), and thereby realizing the adjustment of a negative stiffness value and adapting to the changes of the vibration isolation load mass and excitation frequency. The bias magnetic fields are provided by fixed magnetic rings (2), and only small current in the coils (6) is required to generate the exciting flux to adjust the bias magnetic fields.
