Abstract:
A six-dimensional force sensor with high sensitivity and low dimensional coupling. The six-dimensional force sensor comprises a swastika-shaped beam, vertical beams (3), a rectangular outer frame (1) and strain gauges (7). The swastika-shaped beam comprises a cross-shaped cross beam (5) and four rectangular cross beams (4); force application holes (2) are provided in the center of the cross-shaped cross beam (5) and are used for applying force and moment; four tail ends of the cross-shaped cross beam (5) are each connected to one rectangular cross beam (4) to form a swastika-shaped structure; the top ends of the vertical beams (3) are connected to the tail ends of the corresponding rectangular cross beams (4), and the bottom ends of the vertical beams (3) are connected to the rectangular outer frame (1); and a plurality of strain gauges (7) are arranged to form six Wheatstone bridges which are respectively used for measuring X-direction force, Y-direction force, Z-direction force, X-direction moment, Y-direction moment and Z-direction moment. All the strain gauges for measuring force are pasted on the cross-shaped cross beam (5), all the strain gauges for measuring the X-direction moment and the Y-direction moment are pasted on the four rectangular cross beams (4), and all the strain gauges for measuring the Z-direction moment are pasted on the four vertical beams (3).
