Abstract:
A front truck 14 and a rear truck 15 are provided on a board 11. In the front truck 14 and the rear truck 15, a hanger 24 is attached to a base plate 21 by way of a kingpin 22 and bushes 25, 26. In the front truck 14, the base plate 21 is free to rotate about an axis 18 which is tilted forward.
