Abstract:
Skeleton yarn, denim fabric, and a method for spinning the skeleton yarn thereof, the yarn comprising core-layer elastic yarn (1) that is located in the center, middle-layer fine fiber or fine yarn (2) formed by spinning fiber that wraps a surface of the core-layer elastic yarn (1), and an outer-layer coarse fiber or coarse yarn (3) formed by spinning fiber that wraps a surface of the middle-layer fine fiber or fine yarn (2) formed by spinning the fiber, wherein the middle-layer fine fiber is high-twist spun yarn, and the outer-layer coarse fiber is loosely twisted spun yarn. When spinning, the middle-layer fine fiber (2) is first spun using a twist that is 10% higher than a normal spin twist, and then is spun with the core-layer elastic yarn (1) using a spinning technique that has a minimum twist of about 35 T/cm. Then, the outer-layer coarse fiber (3) is wrapped on the middle-layer fine fiber (2) and the core-layer elastic yarn (1) using a loose-twist spinning technique. The overall yarn count of the final skeleton yarn is 32S, and the skeleton yarn has a three-layer structure. In the prepared yarn, the middle-layer fine fiber is spun using a high-twist technique, and has a stiffening effect in fabric; and the outer-layer coarse fiber is spun using a loose-twist technique and has a soft and fluffy effect in fabric, thus improving the feel of the fabric.
