Abstract:
The invention relates to a ski boot (1) including an inner boot (1.1) intended to receive the skier's foot and a shell (1.2) surrounding the inner boot (1.1) and supporting the skier's ankle. According to the invention, the boot (1) also includes a calf support (3) which is attached to the shell (1.2) and intended to receive the skier's calf and a thigh support (5) forming an angle (α) with the calf support (3) and intended to receive the skier's thigh when the latter is flexed. Preferably, the boot includes a damping means (8, 23, 27) disposed between the calf support (3) and the thigh support (5), as well as means (25, 26) for adjusting the angle (α) between the calf support (3) and the thigh support (5).
