Abstract:
A preparation method of a skin burn recovery material comprises the following steps: (1) Formulation of spinning solutions: dissolving a polymer material and a loaded substance in an organic solvent and stirring sufficiently to dissolve the same so as to obtain two types of loaded substance-containing spinning solutions; (2) Electrostatic spinning to prepare fiber material: respectively disposing the spinning solutions obtained in step (1) in a coaxial injection device having a spinneret needle and performing coaxial electrostatic spinning, the spinneret needle being connected to a high positive electrostatic voltage, the flow rate of the spinning solutions being controlled by an injection pump, a collecting device being used for fiber collection, and a loaded drug-containing coaxial fiber being obtained after the solvent volatilizes and dries; (3) Formulation of spinning solution: dissolving a polymer material in an organic solvent and stirring sufficiently to dissolve the same so as to obtain a spinning solution; (4) Preparation of upper surface layer micro/nano structure of a fiber film: disposing the spinning solution obtained in step (3) in an injection device having a spinneret needle, an upper surface layer of the coaxial fiber obtained in step (2) being used as a receiving apparatus, and performing electrostatic spinning to form a micro/nano structure on the surface of the coaxial fiber so as to obtain a skin burn recovery material.
