Abstract:
The present invention provides: a skin care kit which comprises a cosmetic compound containing arginine-and-lysine-containing polypeptides as an active ingredient and a skin applicator for applying the compound to skin; and an application method for the cosmetic compound. According to the invention, the effects of skin cooling, skin elasticity improvement and reducing wrinkles are provided.
