Abstract:
The invention relates to peeling of skin of vegetables more particularly vegetables with cloves. The said device compromises of peeling; chamber (1) with serration (l a), plurality of blades (4), hopper (19), motor, pulleys, blowers (12,13) to supply compressed air for de-moisturising purpose and to dispose skin. The vegetables of different size are stored in the, hopper and are process to peeling chamber, on actuation of the device the skin of the vegetables are hit by the blades and serration provided in the peeling chamber resulting of the peeling of the skin.
