Abstract:
Disclosed are a skin treatment system and a skin treatment method using the same, wherein the skin treatment system: applies a first laser to skin; sprays a cooling gas onto the skin to cool the skin; and then applies a second laser having an intensity lower than that of the first laser to the skin, thereby preventing damage to the skin and a burn on the skin when treating the skin with the lasers. The disclosed skin treatment system comprises: a main body that supplies the first laser, the cooling gas, and the second laser; a cable that delivers the first laser, the cooling gas, and the second laser supplied by the main body; and a hand piece that applies the first laser delivered by the cable to skin and thereafter the second laser to the skin and sprays the cooling gas delivered by the cable to the skin between the time point when the first laser is applied and the time point when the second laser is applied, wherein the first laser has an intensity higher than that of the second laser.
