The skincare tea adjusts a person's endocrine disorders from the inside, loosens the bowels and relieves constipation, and calms the nerves and aids sleep, in order to achieve a skincare effect. Also provided is a preparation method, including drying, sterilising, grinding, stirring, sterilising and six-step drying, as well as packaging. The method is simple and easy.
