Abstract:
Disclosed in embodiments of the present application are an SL PRS transmission method and an apparatus therefor, for use in a communication system. The method comprises: determining priority information of SL PRS transmission; and according to the priority information of the SL PRS transmission, performing the SL PRS transmission with a second device. By implementing the embodiments of the present application, the priority information is set for the SL PRS transmission, and the SL PRS transmission is performed on the basis of the priority information, so that SL PRS transmission is more precise, and the improvement of the rationality of the SL PRS transmission is facilitated. Furthermore, when a transmission conflict exists between the SL PRS transmission and UL transmission, the transmission conflict can be resolved on the basis of a priority relationship between the SL PRS transmission and the UL transmission, that is, the conflict risk of the SL PRS transmission and the UL transmission is reduced, and it can be ensured that transmission having high priority in the SL PRS transmission and the UL transmission is performed, and the packet loss amount can be reduced.
