Abstract:
[Problem] To make it possible to set a flexible member to a desired tension and also to reliably detect slackening of the flexible member, while using a simple configuration. [Solution] The present invention is configured so that even after a plunger 50, which descends in association with an increase in tightening force of a load-fastening belt 90, has abutted against sensor substrates 34, 34, the sensor substrates 34, 34 descend together with the plunger 50 until the tightening force of the load-fastening belt 90 reaches a desired value. In addition, when the tightening force of the load-fastening belt 90 has reached the desired value, upward movement of the sensor substrates 34, 34 is regulated by adjustment mechanisms 36, 36 that descend integrally with the sensor substrates 34, 34. When the plunger 50 descends, a pair of protruding pins 58, 58 to which a tightening force-setting mark FM is affixed and which have been installed onto the plunger 50 slide within long holes 26, 26 of support plates 2, 4 to which a tightening force scale 80 has been affixed.
