Abstract:
This slag discharge system (1A) includes: a slag hopper (5) at the bottom of a gasification furnace (2); a slag cooling water circulation line (7)that discharges the mixture of slag and slag cooling water (W) from the slag hopper (5); a coarse slag particle separation device (10) that separates coarse slag particles contained in the slag cooling water (W); a fine slag particle separation device (16A) that is connected downstream of the coarse slag particle separation device (10) and separates fine slag particles; and a circulation pump (20) that is connected downstream of the fine slag particle separation device (16A) and forms a water current in the slag cooling water circulation line (7). The fine slag particle separation device (16A) includes: a branched section (7A) in which the slag cooling water circulation line (7) is branched into a plurality of branch lines (7a) and assembled again into one line; a fine slag particle filtration unit (16a) that is provided on at least one of the branch lines (7a); and shut-off valves (17a), (17b) that are provided on all the branch lines (7a).
