Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a sleep aid control method and apparatus based on a wearable device, the sleep aid control method based on a wearable device comprising: by means of a wearable device, acquiring the sleep state of a user, the sleep states including a ready-to-sleep state, a light sleep state, and a deep sleep state; on the basis of the sleep state and the sleep duration of the user, determining operating parameters of a sleep aid device, and controlling the operation of the sleep aid device according to the operating parameters; the sleep aid device includes at least one of an air conditioner, an electric curtain, a massage pillow, and a sound control apparatus. In the present application, a comfortable sleep environment can be provided for the user based on regulation of the sleep aid device, enabling the body to fall asleep as quickly as possible and ensuring that the time of deep sleep is as prolonged as possible, so as to provide an aid service for the improvement of the sleep quality of the user, enhancing the user experience.
