Abstract:
Disclosed are a sleep aiding method and a terminal. The method comprises: a terminal obtaining biological assay data, wherein the biological assay data comprises: at least one of historical sleep data, exercise data and physiological data; the terminal triggering, when determining that a user has the intention to fall asleep and the biological assay data satisfies pre-set conditions, a sleep aiding mode, wherein the pre-set conditions comprise at least one of the following: current time being the time of falling asleep obtained according to the historical sleep data, the amount of exercise reflected by the exercise data reaching the pre-set amount of exercise, and the physiological data being not in a pre-set range; and in the sleep aiding mode, the terminal sending a sleep aiding signal by means of at least one of sound, vibration and display. Since the terminal can automatically start a sleep aiding mode according to biological assay data of a user, and send, in the sleep aiding mode, a sleep aiding signal, the terminal has a function of aiding the user in falling asleep.
