Abstract:
A sleep breathing disorder alleviation device and a sleep breathing disorder alleviation system according to the present invention, which are sleep breathing disorder alleviation devices for relieving a sleep breathing disorder by determining whether a user has a sleep breathing disorder, comprise: an oral unit that is mounted in the oral cavity of a user to move the mandible of the user depending on whether the user has a sleep breathing disorder; a control unit that receives information measured while the user is sleeping and controls the oral unit to relieve the sleep breathing disorder of the user according to the received information; and a sensing unit provided between the control unit and the nasal cavity of the user to sense information to determine whether the user has a sleep breathing disorder on the basis of the flow of air that the user breathes in and out while sleeping.
